I was goin to resubmit an app but i was getting "you dont have access" when i clicked on the 'Apply here' link. im assuming because i already have access.

I had apped (and was accepted) as a social back in 2019. Due to life issues and friends of mine not playing at the time, i had decided to go into a retirement and go back to my old guild. well, 2 years later, im back playing again (have been for a while and life has been settling down some) and so are my friends so i wanted to see about coming back as a social member. This is where my friends are so.... just makes sense to re-app here.
