Should go check out their presentation to investors. For years, DB refused to show data about number of paid membership, here, they are showing everything, very interesting read.
Was interesting to see that they stated the actual Daybreak revenue numbers ($29m after everything). That, combined with the $300m purchase price, makes me think that the new company is either looking for a 10+ year investment or has plans to increase revenue somehow.
